Research Use Only Terms of Sale

All sales are conditioned on purchaser’s agreement that products are sold solely for research use only. Purchaser shall not use, resell, transfer, distribute, promote, or provide products for human or animal use or for any diagnostic, therapeutic, cosmetic, food, dietary supplement, compounding, veterinary, or consumer purpose.

Longevity Research USA may refuse, cancel, or restrict any order if it determines that the order, purchaser, destination, requested information, payment details, shipping details, or other circumstances are inconsistent with research use only.

Purchaser assumes all responsibility for compliance with applicable laws and for safe receipt, storage, handling, use, transport, and disposal. Purchaser agrees to indemnify Longevity Research USA for claims arising from purchaser’s breach, misuse, unauthorized resale, diversion, or violation of law.
