Research Use Only

All products offered by Longevity Research USA are sold strictly for research use only. Products are intended solely for lawful, non-clinical laboratory research by qualified purchasers.

Products are not intended, labeled, marketed, or sold for human or animal use. Products are not intended for use as drugs, biologics, foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics, medical devices, veterinary products, compounded preparations, or consumer products.

No Human or Animal Use

Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that products purchased from Longevity Research USA shall not be used for, or in connection with:

• Human ingestion;
• Human injection;
• Human implantation;
• Human inhalation;
• Human topical application;
• Animal ingestion, injection, implantation, inhalation, or topical application;
• Diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of disease;
• Affecting the structure or function of the human or animal body;
• Clinical use;
• Patient use;
• Veterinary use;
• Cosmetic use;
• Wellness, anti-aging, weight-loss, bodybuilding, hormone, performance, or enhancement use;
• Compounding;
• Food or dietary supplement use;
• Resale or distribution for any prohibited use.
  

Qualified Purchaseers Only

Products may be purchased only by qualified purchasers, including laboratories, research institutions, universities, businesses, or authorized researchers purchasing for legitimate, lawful, non-clinical research purposes.

Longevity Research USA may require purchasers to provide documentation confirming eligibility, including institutional affiliation, business information, intended research use, tax or business registration information, or other verification materials.

Longevity Research USA reserves the right to refuse, cancel, suspend, or limit any order where it determines, in its sole discretion, that the purchaser is not qualified or that the products may be used for an unauthorized purpose.

No Medical, Clinical, Therapeutic, or Dosing Information

Longevity Research USA does not provide medical advice, clinical advice, therapeutic recommendations, dosing instructions, administration instructions, injection instructions, reconstitution instructions for human or animal administration, cycle information, patient-selection guidance, contraindication guidance, or treatment protocols.

Any product information provided by Longevity Research USA is supplied solely for identification, laboratory handling, storage, quality review, or research documentation purposes.

Purchaser Responsibility

Purchaser is solely responsible for:

• Determining whether purchase, possession, handling, storage, transport, use, and disposal of products is lawful in purchaser’s jurisdiction;
• Maintaining all required permits, licenses, registrations, approvals, and institutional authorizations;
• Using products only in facilities and under conditions appropriate for laboratory research;
• Ensuring that personnel handling products are qualified and trained;
• Complying with all applicable federal, state, local, institutional, occupational safety, environmental, import/export, and transportation laws;
• Reviewing certificates of analysis, safety data sheets, labels, and other documentation before use;
• Preventing diversion, misuse, unauthorized resale, or consumer access.

No Resale for Unauthorized Use

Purchaser shall not resell, transfer, relabel, repackage, advertise, distribute, or otherwise make products available for any human, animal, clinical, diagnostic, therapeutic, cosmetic, dietary supplement, food, wellness, anti-aging, weight-loss, or consumer use.

Purchaser shall not make any representation that products are approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or any other regulatory authority for human or animal use.

Regulatory Status

Products sold by Longevity Research USA are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for diagnosis, treatment, mitigation, cure, or prevention of any disease. Products are not approved for human or animal consumption, administration, compounding, cosmetic use, dietary supplement use, food use, medical use, or veterinary use.

Product Documentation

Where applicable, Longevity Research USA may provide batch-specific documentation, including certificates of analysis, lot information, purity information, analytical testing information, safety data sheets, or storage information.

Any such documentation is provided solely for laboratory research quality-control and handling purposes and does not constitute approval, clearance, certification, or authorization for human or animal use.

Storage, Handling, and Disposal

Purchaser shall store, handle, transport, and dispose of products in accordance with applicable laws, safety data sheets, institutional protocols, and recognized laboratory safety practices.

Products should be handled only by trained personnel in an appropriate laboratory setting using suitable protective equipment and containment procedures.

No Warranties for Unauthorized Use

Longevity Research USA makes no representation or warranty regarding product suitability for any human, animal, clinical, diagnostic, therapeutic, cosmetic, dietary supplement, food, compounding, wellness, anti-aging, weight-loss, or consumer use.

Any use outside research use only is strictly prohibited and voids any product warranty or return rights.

Indemnification

Purchaser agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Longevity Research USA and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, suppliers, and affiliates from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, penalties, fines, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or relating to:

• Purchaser’s breach of this Policy;
• Unauthorized use, resale, transfer, labeling, promotion, or distribution of products;
• Human or animal use of products;
• Violation of applicable law;
• Misrepresentation of purchaser’s qualifications or intended use;
• Negligent or improper storage, handling, transport, use, or disposal.

Order Review and Cancellation

Longevity Research USA may review, delay, cancel, reject, or limit orders at any time, including where:

• Purchaser fails to provide requested qualification information;
• Purchaser appears to be an individual consumer rather than a qualified research purchaser;
• Purchaser requests dosing, administration, injection, therapeutic, cosmetic, weight-loss, anti-aging, or human-use information;
• Purchaser’s intended use appears inconsistent with research use only;
• Shipment may violate applicable law or carrier requirements.

Reporting Suspected Misuse

Purchasers must promptly notify Longevity Research USA if they become aware of any suspected diversion, unauthorized resale, labeling, promotion, or human or animal use of products purchased from Longevity Research USA.

Acceptance

By accessing the website, creating an account, placing an order, accepting shipment, or using any product, purchaser confirms that purchaser has read, understands, and agrees to this Research Use Only Sales Policy.
